Alexander Gofstein and Andrey Kozlov were interview by Kommersant online-media
Alexander Gofstein and Andrey Kozlov gave an interview to Kommersant for a special issue of “Leaders of the legal services market”, telling the publication in detail about the reasons for the merger.
“The merger results in a union of already established partners and teams,” Alexander Gofstein explained. – You can build one or more practices for years, and sometimes quite effectively. But to be more effective in protecting the rights and legitimate interests of clients, often involved in large-scale business projects, a law firm must have experience in criminal cases, and be able to structure high-volume transactions and skillfully represent clients in arbitration disputes. All this was a prerequisite for the creation of our firm”.
Andrey Kozlov added that “the current structure and vector of the firm’s development allows us to handle cases that are often quite complicated and involve legal collisions in various spheres”.
The firm’s founders also talked about the launch of a new anti-crisis business line – and shared their plans to create a non-profit educational project.
